If you haven't adequately recharged in those preceding, coldest months of hibernation, hitting the ground running in Spring can leave you ending up falling flat on your face, feeling you're dragging your heels, like you've got your feet stuck in heavy cement.
Without blaming all our own problems onto others, having lots of unresolved issues can easily weigh us down and prevent us from moving forward. Spring is a perfect time to resolve or address at least some of these outstanding 'debts', lightening the load and allowing us to move into Summer with a definite Spring in our Step!
Sometimes you need to take what feels a step backwards in order to lighten the load and move forward. Creating space in the mind and body, taking a break from forcing and overthinking, will be much more conducive to finding a solution.

But how do I do that?
Well, to start, just doing something is all that's required. Don't over-complicate it.
Essentially, merely trying to be still and quiet is all you need to begin with.
Practice, practice, practice.
Over and over and over.
If you're in or near St Kilda, Melbourne, you can come attend one of the last few Chair Yoga & Meditation Classes for the year, running from 11am each Tuesday (up until Tuesday 12th December 2017).
You could also register and come along to the upcoming to the 2017 Summer Solstice Yoga Class, running from 10am (-12 noon) on Saturday 16th December 2017. A super early-bird price applies when you register and pay by THIS FRIDAY! (17/11), space permitting.
A wonderfully therapeutic Shiatsu or Thai (Remedial) Acupressure Massage or Reflexology session will certainly help you to slow down, stop and get things moving for you again in the right direction.
