Hello and welcome to our Clunes Yoga Classes page.

My name is Christopher Potter and I believe EVERYbody can do Yoga and that we just have to be(come) ok with selecting &/or modifying positions & practices to be appropriate for where we're each currently at.

I have been practicing Yoga since 1999, teaching since 2011 and am a registered Level 3 (Senior)

Teacher with Yoga Australia.

Read more About Me.

Click Here to read more about my approach to Yoga.

These classes will focus on simple, less is more, seasonally relevant practices that are made appropriate for students of all 'levels', shapes & sizes and run in my own unique Breath-based Five Element Hatha Yoga style.

Learn about and experience the positive effects on the body, breath & mind of different practices that are relevant to this time & place within the annual seasonal flow.

"I have had a number of Yoga teachers over the years - both in Australia and overseas - but Chris has trumped them all.

Apart from his undoubted knowledge and being an excellent, caring and considerate teacher, his explaination for a particular routine being done (for instance, based on the Season) is more than instructive.

I have most certainly benefited from my classes with Chris (in my case, fortunately, 1:1) - and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone wishing to 'do' Yoga the correct and beneficial way."
