Remedial Reflexology Massage
This unique and powerful experience is received on a Massage Table and focuses on foot, hand, foot, face & scalp Reflexology with some Remedial Acupressure Massage (Shiatsu & Thai). Cupping & Flower Essences can also be (optionally) included - and longer sessions can also include a component of Private Yoga Tuition. Also check out my Seasonal Wellbeing Packages.
Problem areas of the whole body are addressed both locally and also through separate or simultaneous treatment of key distal points (found on the feet, legs, arms, hands, face & scalp).
With each modality re-enforcing the effectiveness of the other, this Reflexology focused massage experience is the ultimate for assessing & treating the complex myriad of physical and emotional imbalances within the body, emotions & mind.
For more information, please see the pages for the individual components contained within this very special experience.
Session lengths include at least a short consolation and assessment so please book a longer session especially if it's your first visit.
