After 25+ years learning about and working with the body, breath & mind, I've developed a bunch of protocols that can be received seasonally, or to balance out a particular element or constitution, as a stand alone or combined in a seasonal sequence within, for example, one session a month or over a 12 month period.
Treatment protocols for each Element may include Shiatsu & Thai Acupressure Massage, Ear, Hand, Foot, Scalp or Face Reflexology, Cupping, Gua Sha, Moxa, Australian Bush Flower Essences or Private Yoga Tuition depending on your preferences and / or my (optional) recommendations.
