"I’ve been taking Chris’ Yoga class for about six months.

I have ME / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and have had it for about 23 years but I am now at a stage where I feel 

I can move forward a little. 

 

At first it was really hard just turning up for the class, I mean getting myself psyched up enough to get there. But over the last 6 months as I have started to feel stronger, it has become easier for me to get there.

 

Last weekend I went to the Grampians and did some bush walking, approx. 2 to 3 kms each of the 4 days, plus a very deep waterfall walk that took me 40 minutes just to climb out from. Although I cannot say that I was without pain, it certainly was without the kind of payback I would normally expect. A year ago this would not have been the case. If I did what I did last weekend I would have been in so much pain that I wouldn’t have been able to walk and would have spent several days in bed recovering.

 

I am so glad that I found Chris’ Yoga class as it has given me so much more confidence and strength."
