Private Yoga Tuition is a wonderful way to be introduced into Yoga and / or to address specific issues you might be experiencing at any given time. Practicing one-on-one with a teacher is traditionally how Yoga is taught - also in small groups the practice can be much more specifically tailored to the individual needs of those in the class. eg, people sitting at a desk, athletes, reproductive health, new mums, older students, etc, etc.
Asana (movement), pranayama (breathing), mudra (hand gestures), mantra & japa meditation (repetition of affirmations), nidra (relaxation), trataka & yantra for dharana (concentration) & dhyana (meditation) practises can all be made a high or low priority and tailored for each individual student based on the needs and requirements of their constitution at any given phase of their life.
60 mins. | $100 for 1-2 students INCLUDING local callout fee to YOUR venue (home, accommodation or workplace).
+ $5 per extra student
e.g. for 5 students the cost would be $115 (just $23 each)
e.g for 10 students the cost would be $140 (just $14 each)
