Online Yoga Classes are live and interactive Yoga sessions running each week to the timetable below.

Classes are designed for all ages, sizes and shapes, but I do also offer online Private Yoga Tuition if you prefer one-on-one or a private group with more focused attention at a day & time that suits you better.
Each of my classes combine the seasonally-based Five Element meridian systems and protocols of Traditional Chinese Medicine along with an appropriate mix of the traditional Hatha Yoga practices of asana (movement), pranayama (breathing), mudra (hand gestures), mantra & japa meditation (repetition of affirmations), nidra (relaxation), trataka & yantra for dharana (concentration) & dhyana (meditation).

Classes are run live from the Hinterland of Byron Bay, Australia so all listed times and days are GMT +10 hours so please consider that when joining a session from your timezone.
Payment can be made online via Bank Transfer or PayPal.

AUD$37.50 attend up to (any) 3 sessions
AUD$60 attend up to (all) 6 sessions
Thereafter Pricing (when joining after 11.10)
AUD$55 to attend 5 sessions
AUD$48 to attend 4 sessions
AUD$39 to attend 3 sessions
AUD$28 to attend 2 sessions
AUD$15 to attend 1 session
